My wife and I had the good fortune of meeting Meghan Sprinkle by chance to guide us through the home buying process. For three summers in a row, we have visited the Baldwin County area on vacation to see where we might buy a retirement home. In the summer of 2025, we were walking through the OWA complex and came across a sign that said realtor on duty. I asked my wife if we should go in to get some information and she said, why not? The rest you can say is history or was meant to be.
Meghan met with us for a while and showed genuine interest in helping us. Despite the fact that we were up front with her that we could buy as soon as the summer of 2026, but could wait until when my wife retires in 2030. Meghan communicated with us over the next year. We even found a condo we were interested in during the spring of 2026, she guided us through the process of making an offer, visited the condo and took us on a video walkthrough. Meghan took time to show us every corner, we made an offer and she helped us with that. However, we did not end up buying that one.
In June 2026, we scheduled a vacation to view properties with Meghan. She basically dedicated the week to us. She planned out each day, showed us properties we had interest in, as well as several she thought would be a great fit. We ended up making an offer on two different properties, and ultimately getting the one we liked most.
We had to head back to New Jersey, but Meghan handled the home inspection, termite inspection, and even arranged for contractors to come in to give us estimates on renovations so that once we closed on the home, the contractor could get right to work. Meghan went above and beyond what one would expect from a real estate agent. We closed in August 2026, and everything went smoothly during the due diligence period from start to finish. I would recommend her without reservations for any of your real estate needs. I would especially suggest any out of state clients to work with Meghan to help you through the process.
