Since 1973 Villager Realty has been serving the real estate needs of a growing Central Susquehanna Valley. Founded in October of 1973, the initial Villager office was located at 29 South Second Street in Lewisburg. The “staff” consisted of Tim Karr, and a secretary. From the opening of that office, Villager Realty has grown. We now enjoy the position as the most successful real estate company in our region, with office locations in Bloomsburg, Danville, Northumberland, and Selinsgrove, in addition to our office/corporate headquarters facilities in Lewisburg. Villager’s “footprint” overlaps the Central Valley and affords us market presence from Berwick to Liverpool.
