She answered every question I had. Lexi listened to every thing on my need and want list! She not only kept me in mind but also my fur babies when pulling listings. I felt like I was shopping with a friend instead of someone who was pushing me to buy a home just to make a sale. She’s very professional but also has a wonderful personality! We had many laughs along our journey together! Everyone on her team made the home buying process easy! If I could give Lexi 1,000 stars I would!!

She was very honest with her thoughts of any property we looked at and pointed out plenty of things that the untrained eye wouldn’t see. Very early in the search for our home it seemed like Lexi knew exactly what we were looking for and felt like we truly had someone on our team! I couldn’t even say enough good things about Lexi Williams to encapsulate her level of service. This is only my second time buying a home, and really only the first time by myself. She took the lead, eased my nerves, and made it clear to me through her actions she was not in the business of getting me into any old house to get a sale. She helped me look at houses for over a year and with each walk through, offered her professional take on what it had that I wanted vs things they were missing that she knew were important to me. She was accommodating to my crazy work schedule, insanely communicative, well versed in all the things I wouldn’t be privy to, and SO DANG FUN. She’s in the right business for anyone who is nervous to make such a big decision. From a seller’s perspective she made listing my house incredibly simple and gave me an itemized list of everything I needed to do by when. 10/10 service by Lexi! Special shout out to Michelle who offered to take me on a second viewing for my new property on behalf of Lexi who had a prior commitment during the only time I could make work. Keller Williams West Chester has been amazing.
Top to bottom a 10/10 experience because of Lexi. She put in so much time and effort well beyond what would qualify as above and beyond. We are particular, and took up a ton of her time and she made it feel like it was no problem whatsoever. I’ll recommend her to anybody who needs an agent, and will be using her as a listing agent when we sell our other house as well!
