We have bought 2 houses from Rodney now and he has looked out for us both times. We appreciate his professional recommendations and his personable demeanor. We would be happy to work with him again.

Libba was a perfect find/goldmine of knowledge and experience for our move from Pa to NC.... She provided all details from where to stay while looking for our home to the best fit for our Nc home checklist. She provided us with Greensboro history, go to places and the differences of buying a home in Pa vs Nc. She was a guide during negations, offers, due diligence and settlement during a not so easy transaction..... Her perseverance and work ethic made our purchase/transaction/negotiations move forward and final settlement. Finally, her professionalism as real estate agent is always on point....We appreciate and are blessed that our journey to NC and new home purchase was guided by Mrs. Libba LaFave!

Morgan Thurlow Duhan is our absolute favorite realtor! She helped us find our first home, and somehow found a house that was truly “us” to a T. Years later, she helped us again with the purchase of our retirement land in the mountains, helping make another one of our big dreams come true! Morgan goes above and beyond. She is incredibly helpful with everything from finding county records and researching properties to communicating and working with sellers and buyers’ agents. She is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to help us figure things out along the way. We are so grateful to have had Morgan by our side for both of these huge milestones. If we ever need a realtor again, she will absolutely be our first call. We cannot recommend her enough!

When we decided to make a long-distance move back to our family roots, we knew we were facing many decisions. One of the best decisions we made was choosing Libba to help us sell the home we had lived in for 39 years. On the business side, she was excellent in helping us understand and navigate all the paperwork that goes into selling a house. On the personal side, she was quick to listen and give thoughtful consideration to our needs and desires. We are grateful for all she did to help us sell our house and still keep the happy memories of living there.

I can’t say enough great things about working with Meredith Parsons! She made the entire home buying/selling process feel easy and stress-free. Meredith is extremely knowledgeable about the Greensboro real estate market, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood every step and always had our best interests in mind. Her attention to detail, negotiation skills, and local knowledge really set her apart. If you’re looking for a realtor in Greensboro or the surrounding Triad area, I highly recommend Meredith Parsons. She is someone you can truly trust to guide you through one of the biggest decisions you’ll make!

This is the second time I used Meredith for a real estate transaction. This time was to sell a townhouse. She made the process very easy, especially since I live out of town. When I had questions, she was easy to contact and answered my questions or was able to find the answer quickly. I think the biggest endorsement is that we were under contract in about 4 weeks compared to other townhomes that were on the market much longer. I would definitely recommend Meredith.

DJ and his team know the industry and the local market as good or better than anyone else. We spent several days looking at houses and there wasn't much that he couldn't think through and help figure. And, he has a person for every kind of job to fix/repair any issues around the house. Very professional and very good at what he does.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience with our agent and the entire team from start to finish! Everyone went above and beyond to make the process smooth, seamless, and stress-free. We especially appreciated the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail throughout the entire transaction, including the outstanding collaboration with the buyer’s agent. Our agent also referred us to what is, hands down, the best moving company in the country! The recommendation was incredible and made such a difference during an already busy and hectic time. They also referred us to an amazing cleaning professional. If I had known about her and her team before we were moving, I would have hired them long ago! Their work was exceptional, and they went above and beyond. We are incredibly grateful for all the help, care, and personal attention we received throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will be in excellent hands!

JOSHUA WAS GREAT IN EVERY WAY. HE WAS A MASTER OF HIS TRADE!
