Being in our early 20’s and having our first kid, we knew we wanted to buy instead of rent. As first time home buyers, we had no clue what to expect when it came to hiring a realtor. After a very bad experience with a different company and different realtor, we got suggested to get into contact with Caitlin. She blew my mind when it came to how informational she was, how she had no fear in telling us “this seems to be a problem on the house if you like it”, to us viewing a house with visible mold growing out of the outlets and her making sure we got out of there ASAP because of that. Our experience with her compared to the others was out of this world. We were very scared that maybe we wouldn’t find a place to buy before her. But, she was able to find us a place IN Saint Augustine! Which to us is crazy! Being 24 & 25 and buying a place in Saint Augustine we absolutely DID NOT think was possible. But her and the mortgage fella (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) did absolute magic on helping us find an amazing home. We are so thankful for her, and can’t wait to contact her in a few years when we are ready to buy another place! She has definitely earned customers for life from us.
