Before AND After the Sale Our real estate team of Ashton Peters and Lauren Butcher, with the Ivester Jackson BlackStream Group affiliated with Christie’s International, astonished us with their expertise, professionalism and competence in marketing and selling our home. It has developed into a wonderful friendship. Long before anything went live on their site, many hours were spent getting to know our home in fine detail and creating plans to highlight its best features; long-range views, quality construction and amazing neighborhood. In addition, statistics and information were constantly gathered and shared with visitors and agents whose clients visited our website. Lauren and Ashton kept us constantly in the loop. No detail was missed. Of course, as soon as we headed out on a long vacation (out of the country), a cash offer was made and the deal was all handled and movers engaged without us having to interrupt our trip!
