We had the absolute pleasure of working with Fern Milan as our Realtor, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her unwavering dedication, patience, and professionalism. As a retired military family, my wife and I truly appreciated the level of care and respect Fern showed us throughout the entire process. She consistently went out of her way to accommodate our needs, schedules, and concerns—always with a smile and a can-do attitude. Fern was incredibly patient with us as we toured many homes, always taking the time to listen, offer honest feedback, and guide us with her deep knowledge of the market. We never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely supported every step of the way. Her commitment to making sure we found the right home was evident from day one. Fern Milan is an exceptional Realtor and an even better person. Fern was great. She showed us a range of properties, and was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each. She really did an amazing job with the offer process and negotiated some extra fees from the seller. I highly recommend her!

My experience working with Fern was exceptional. My property listing had complications and timing that Fern worked through providing several options to get through the selling process. Fern was tenacious in keeping everything on track. It would be hard to find a realtor with more positive approach, and dedication to the client. I would highly recommend Fern your realtor for buying and selling real estate.
