My situation was difficult, and Jessica and her team handled our sale with great care. I highly recommend them for your realty needs.

Terri has helped us three time on Dataw, she is absolutely the best at her craft in the Low Country area! She does not leave any stone unturned! Great knowledge, pushes to get things done, knows when and how to make things happen. Mary and I have known Terri & Roddy for some time now and if you want a professional who actually cares about a client she's your girl! I cannot say enough about how great she really is, Berkshire Hathaway is lucky to have such a dilligent realtor on their staff! Just Saying, Phil Marshall

Terri is the epitome of the ‘perfect’ realtor - exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive, and hardworking, a timely and effective communicator and negotiator, all wrapped up in a positively delightful personality! She is truly the best of the best.

Expertise of market, trusted her guidance

Helpful, kind, and guided us throughout every step with patience!

Shelly , was a true professional. From my first call inquiring about property I felt honestly and well experienced agent. I decided to select her representing me as the buyer. I was very pleased with her follow up throughout the transaction.

Shelley is the Best! She guided us through the entire process giving us great advice along the way. She is a great communicator. We would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a true professional.

Working with Kristy was a smooth and easy process. Being 16 hours away, it was good to have such a solid and resourceful person "on the ground" in Savannah. Highly recommend Kristy and Cora Bett Thomas Realty for any home buyer or seller in the Coastal Empire. I also recommend CBT's Property Management team as they were excellent to deal with while our house was occupied by a tenant, who eventually bought the house. Kudos all around for the Cora Bett Thomas team!!

Scotti Moore did an excellent job communicating everything clearly to us and did an excellent job making sure our purchase went smoothly. It felt like she actually was working for us and looking out for our best interest instead of just concerning herself with collecting a pay check. Of the three houses we have bought, this one has been the easiest least stressful purchase and I believe that has to do with Scotti.
