Alycia is such a wonderful person and agent. She’s been an agent for a long time in northern CO. We moved from out of state, so having her insight was crucial! Easy to work with and smart!

In my profession as a Bank Trust Officer, I have strongly felt that you should only deal with people you know and trust for advice. We had known and worked with Nancy Churchwell for many years and when she retired, she recommended Alycia Martinez. Several years ago, she reached out to us and began to have us receive all of the Group mailings plus her own local business advertising. 'We discovered that Alycia and our daughter were friends in elementary school. She did several home evaluations for us to keep us advised of the local market. We were not quite ready, however, but she never pushed us, just was ready to help when WE were ready. Two years ago, we put our name on the Good Samaritan waiting list, not knowing when a desired unit would come up. Well, that day came on April 17th of 2026. We made the decision to accept the unit on April 23, 2026, and emailed Alycia to let her know that "The time is here". She visited us and we discussed the timing and steps to be taken. We "Closed" on the unit on May 15, 2026, and began the 6-week moving process. Whenever we were to meet Alycia, she was ALWAYS exactly on time, to the minute. It was a pretty stressful time for us to downsize and arrange the move. The major moving day was June 8, 2026. Alycia contacted us after that, no pressure at all, and we signed the listing agreement on June 14, 2026. At that time Alycia explained the process she would use and recommended a listing price range. We expressed that we were looking for a good solid sale and not necessarily top price. Kay and I decided on a listing price just a little below the Larimer County value. She arranged cleaning, staging and video presentation of the house. Our house was under contract within 1 day of the MLS listing at the full listing price. She indicated that the buyers were also her "clients" and that she knew they would be good to continue all the way through. She asked for transaction broker status and we agreed. From that time, June 20, 2026, she introduced the Group support companies and kept us fully advised of the title requirements and the steps we would need to complete prior to closing. We were contacted by the title and closing people and were kept advised through some issues not under our control. (Shout out to Tara). All the time Alycia was in contact either through email or text, we knew it was "not over until it's over" so she kept reassuring us along the way. She does like to use "happy" emojis. The closing occurred on July 23, 2026, and went off without any hitches. It was a joint closing so we were able to see the buyer's joy in the transaction and to see for ourselves that they would love the home just as we had. We have the feeling that Alycia will continue to assist the buyers to complete their moving process. We are very satisfied that this whole process was done in a professional manner.

My wife and I cannot thank Alycia enough for finally making our dream come true! She worked with us for over a year to find the perfect home in a lovely neighborhood. We are from out of state and she would FaceTime us on any house, anytime we asked her. She is very knowledgeable of the local area and we trusted her to help find the right neighborhood for us. When we would come in person, she went out of her way to make our home viewing experience worth our time. Through out the year, she kept us updated on any potential homes that were coming on the market and ensured us the right house would come up. She never gave up on us. I could go on and on about our fabulous home buying experience with Alycia but I’ll sum it up with this; she treated us like family and we always knew she had our best interest at heart the entire time. We are so happy with our Loveland home and look forward to our next chapter of our lives, and we owe it all to Alycia! We just love her and would definitely recommend her to one and all.

Great service with Alycia. She was very helpful getting my house sold and taking care of everything that was needed to get there.

Alycia was awesome! She communicated, was professional, listened to us and most of all we felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

Alycia has represented us three times throughout the buying/selling process. We love her for her honest feedback, construction advice, and sincere care for us.

I HIGHLY recommend Alycia Martinez to everyone, she is amazing! She handles all of our family real estate needs. She goes above and beyond, we would never use anyone else.

Alycia was great to work with. Quick communication and handled a lot as we had to relocate out of state. She was professional and so friendly, level headed and knowledgeable about the market and her profession. We’d definitely refer anyone looking to sell or buy in the northern Colorado area.

Alycia helped me through the whole home buying process, I really appreciate her expertise, i would recommend her to anyone as a great realtor!

Alycia did an excellent job throughout the process of selling my father's house. She kept me very informed throughout the process, provided helpful advice and was invaluable in recommending contractors to fix items from the inspection report.
