As you might imagine once the pandemic struck in March, most things were put on hold. Troy and I continued correspondence on homes through April. We recently closed on a vacation home in Venice Florida (Plantation) and Troy Haynes was our "buyer" agent. We really enjoyed working with Troy. He was both friendly but professional, relaxed and yet punctual when we needed anything. We were in Minnesota for much of the time before the closing. But he stepped us through the whole process with nary a hiccup. As a result, we are thoroughly enjoying our new home having experienced very little stress throughout the buying process. A lot of that was because of Troy. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy property here in Florida.  

Mr.Troy Haynes was the agent who handled our recent purchase and had provided many listings prior to us actually buying this home. I am talking about several months. The process went very well with Mr. Haynes guiding us all the way. Almost daily. We had never purchased a home via electronic signing and surely did not understand the process. As they say, patience is a virtue and Mr. Haynes is to be commended for his knowledge and professionalism during the entire transaction. At one point after the home inspection, Rosemary and I decided that repairs to the property were too much and told Mr. Haynes to cancel the contract. We had actually signed the required papers for the cancellation. But, after presenting the cancellation to the seller, he was able to negotiate a better deal that was acceptable. The personnel at the mortgage company and closing were absolutely great. I can't say enough about Lou Davis. What an asset. We are still in Kentucky but hope to relocate in a month or two. So, we are very satisfied with all involved and would highly recommend Michael Saunders.

After working directly with Mr. Haynes for numerous weeks by phone and in person, in my opinion, Mr. Haynes is a true epitome of what one would expect from an ideal realtor, and more. Not only is he very personable, but he was also extremely pro-active in sending me information on homes that basically conformed to my "wish" list and in obtaining pertinent information to questions on homes that I hadn't even thought of yet. Due to his expertise, my transition from one home to another was basically effortless. His recommendation of utilizing the local services of Thomas C. Tyler, P.A., specifically Jeanette Hassett-Bowdell, and overseeing the transfer of monies was especially helpful since I closed on one home on Fri., Dec.14, 2018 and then closed on my present home on Mon., Dec. 17. No room for error since there was a weekend involved. His follow up call was to ascertain how things were going and if there was anything else he could do.

I was blessed to have walked into the Michael Saunders & Company office in The Plantation last fall and be introduced to Troy Haynes. Troy has been so professional and supportive and went above and beyond since I was conducting this search from out of state. He answered every question either immediately or when he had gathered more information. He was so prompt in answering that I felt guilty when I sent emails after business hours!!  I felt very safe with Troy looking after my interests and I trusted his judgment. I feel that Troy is not only my go-to agent now but is also a friend! He kept me apprised of what was going on all along the process and was very helpful in referring me to other needed services. One of those people was Lou Davis who shepherded the mortgage through, answered all of my questions and gave me a  sense of security in what I was investing in.
