Pat Halpern was our Realtor who helped us sell our 1900 sq ft Volcano house as well as two undeveloped 3 acre parcels in Soring of 2025. The house selling process had several complications, one was due to an old building permit for our shop which we had forgotten to finalize. Pat worked carefully to correct that problem with the county. It wasn’t easy but she worked well with Hawaii county building dept to get it finalized. A day before it went through escrow over a hundred bees attempted to nest in our house. She found a bee keeper who closed their entry hole and prevented them from nesting. The undeveloped properties sold quickly in one month. Due to complications which were all solved, thanks to Pat, our house selling finalized in 3 months. We would highly recommend our Realtor, Pat Halpern. She’s an excellent Realtor and communicator, and is now our friend as well.

Pat has been my realtor since 2007 and has helped my husband and myself with a total of four(sometimes problematic) transactions. She never failed to give the answers to questions and problems when they arose. I will consider her my Go To Realtor for any future purchase or sale.

I’m beyond grateful for Pat and her incredible real estate expertise. From the very beginning, she was honest, supportive, and clear in her communication. She guided me through every step of preparing my home for sale and offered thoughtful advice that truly made a difference for an optimal presentation of my property. Thanks to her guidance, we received over asking offers immediately! Pat made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and positive from start to finish!

I had heard that Pat was a legend in the real estate world, but honestly, working with her completely blew us away. She knows the market inside and out, and she guided us through every step like a total pro. What really stood out was how easy she made the whole process. Buying a home can be stressful, but with her, it never felt that way. She was always on top of things, super responsive, and had answers (and solutions!) for everything that came up. When it came time to put in an offer, we were able to move quickly because we trusted her completely. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and it really shows in everything she does. We feel so lucky to have worked with her. She truly is the best!

We have known Pat Halpern for over twenty years and during that time she has been our realtor in seven buying or selling real estate transactions. She is extremely knowledgable, responsive, and honest. We highly recommend her as an agent.
