Pat Halpern was our Realtor who helped us sell our 1900 sq ft Volcano house as well as two undeveloped 3 acre parcels in Soring of 2025. The house selling process had several complications, one was due to an old building permit for our shop which we had forgotten to finalize. Pat worked carefully to correct that problem with the county. It wasn’t easy but she worked well with Hawaii county building dept to get it finalized. A day before it went through escrow over a hundred bees attempted to nest in our house. She found a bee keeper who closed their entry hole and prevented them from nesting. The undeveloped properties sold quickly in one month. Due to complications which were all solved, thanks to Pat, our house selling finalized in 3 months. We would highly recommend our Realtor, Pat Halpern. She’s an excellent Realtor and communicator, and is now our friend as well.
