Let me be very brief, so that I can get my points across clearly. My experience with Julie was spectacular. There are two very good reasons for this: 1. Julie suggested that the townhouse be sold "as is." This was most helpful, since it eliminated about 90% of the problems in fixing up the property, paying for the fix ups, and trying to recoup the fix up costs. this made the selling process much easier. 2. Julie was able to complete the deal in less that 45 days. I really thought it would take 6 months to complete. as one can see i was quite happy with the whole process.
