Mark is the best realtor I ever have. If I need to buy or sell any houses in the future, he will be absolutely my partner.

Mark was great! Professional, knowledgeable, hard working. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Super helpful, and made the home buying process much less stressful

Mark Tvrdy is a topnotch individual. Not only was he able to make suggestions to how we could improve the appearance of our house, but he was able to firmly keep us on task with what needed to be done. Professional, kind, flexible, firm when he needed to be and extremely helpful. Mark went out of his way to help us, he even came to help us with our storage shed moving on his own time. Can't say enough good things. Hang on to him, he is a real asset for your company.

One thing that impressed me most about Mark is that he recognized the bittersweet feelings I experienced with selling our home. We were there for 32 years, raised our family and had wonderful neighbors. As imagined, we also had 32 years' worth of accumulated 'stuff' stuffed into our home. Mark was straightforward about needing to declutter in preparation to sell our home--- which also prepared us for our downsized home. Although it was difficult to let go of the stuff, Mark offered compassion/understanding while keeping us focused on what needed to be done. He gave many humorous/funny gentle nudges to keep us moving forward. Throughout the whole listing/showing/selling process, Mark was pro-active and we were constantly on his radar. His thorough market comparison of our home was something that brought me much comfort. We are honest, simple people and we wanted to sell our house at a fair price. I found Mark to be very knowledgeable about laws and regulations that need to be followed when selling a home. I didn't realize how many things real estate agents need to know! Woods Bros Realty is fortunate to have Mark on their team. He is honest, hardworking and loves what he does. He went above and beyond so many times for us.

I know Mark and his family from church, and he’s a good egg 😊. I was very anxious about selling and Mark was really reassuring. sj

Mark was absolutely terrific. He was knowledgable and kept us informed at every step. He was meticulous. We lived in the house for over 40 years so there was a fair bit of fear and anxiety surrounding the sale. Mark did a great job with alleviating the angst. He's definitely a keeper!!!!!

Mark did a Great Job! I would highly recommend him.
