One thing that impressed me most about Mark is that he recognized the bittersweet feelings I experienced with selling our home. We were there for 32 years, raised our family and had wonderful neighbors. As imagined, we also had 32 years' worth of accumulated 'stuff' stuffed into our home. Mark was straightforward about needing to declutter in preparation to sell our home--- which also prepared us for our downsized home. Although it was difficult to let go of the stuff, Mark offered compassion/understanding while keeping us focused on what needed to be done. He gave many humorous/funny gentle nudges to keep us moving forward. Throughout the whole listing/showing/selling process, Mark was pro-active and we were constantly on his radar. His thorough market comparison of our home was something that brought me much comfort. We are honest, simple people and we wanted to sell our house at a fair price. I found Mark to be very knowledgeable about laws and regulations that need to be followed when selling a home. I didn't realize how many things real estate agents need to know!
