Our rep was Jason Paglio. He went above and beyond expectations. As we were out-of-state buyers looking for land, he was a critical part in my wife and I finding our forever place. He visited the first site we looked at all on his own, sending us photos of the lot. That particular lot didn't work out - the seller was being difficult. But Jason persisted and found us a much better location that met all of our wants. He was gracious enough to drive out (about 30 minutes drive) to the lot and walk the land. TWICE. And he was in constant contact throughout the closing process. He put us in contact with a financial institute specializing in lot purchases, and a law firm whose service was also superb.
