Buying a home can be extremely overwhelming, but Bernice made the entire process feel easy. From our first meeting, I knew she would be a driving force in helping us become homeowners. Once we explained our situation, she immediately connected us with her trusted lender, and the rest is history. What had been a frustrating three-year journey filled with delays and runarounds was accomplished in just three months with Bernice by our side. Bernice was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to work around our schedule which included weekend showings. She guided us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and exciting. Thanks to Bernice, we are now homeowners, and we truly couldn't have done it without her. If you are looking for a realtor who genuinely cares, communicates well, and will go above and beyond for her clients, I wholeheartedly recommend Bernice. She made our dream of homeownership a reality, and we will always be grateful for everything she did for us.

Working with Bernice as our realtor was an incredible experience from start to finish. She patiently answered all of our questions, truly listened to our feedback, and always made us feel heard and supported. Bernice went above and beyond by negotiating on our behalf to ensure we got the very best deal on our future home. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a new home. To top it all off, she surprised us at closing with the most thoughtful gift. We are beyond grateful.

We happened to call Bernice Babel regarding a listing. We saw immediately, and time confirmed, that she was exactly the agent we needed: professional, knowledgeable, engaging, candid, resourceful and kind. We visited probably 30 properties in about 18 months of searching. She met us onsite many times. She was as committed to helping us find the right property on the 30th site as she was on the first. We were outbid on several and others fell through due to no fault of our own. However, Bernice was unflappable, encouraging and always committed to helping us find the right property. We have even contacted her after the closing. She was still willing to be helpful. Over the years we have completed at least nine real estate transactions and have interacted with dozens of agents. Bernice is clearly in a class by herself. If we purchase more property in the Mecklenburg area (or anywhere else, for that matter), our first call will be to Bernice.

Our agents were able to position our property for a quick sale at the price we were looking for. We were educated about the sale process and kept informed throughout the process, so we knew what to expect and felt comfortable. All went well. Thank you.

Bernice was the best realtor I have ever had. She anticipates the needs of her clients, She is extremely knowledgeable about the contractual requirements, and she is great at following items to completion. When you work with her, you will get a real estate consultant that will help you through the process to completion. I look forward to doing more business with her in the future!

As an out-of-state buyer, I was incredibly grateful for Bernice’s expertise and dedication throughout the entire home buying process. She went above and beyond to navigate the local market, and gave us detailed neighborhood information. We only had one weekend available to look at homes since since I was 8months pregnant and with a toddler. She showed us so many amazing homes didn’t waste anytime when we found the house we liked. She wrote up a contract right away and even asked us if we wanted to see the house again, making sure that we were comfortable with our decision. She coordinated all inspections, and was present for all of them( sharing videos and making sure we spoke to the inspector at the time of inspection)since we couldn’t be there in person. Her responsiveness, clear communication( not only with us but our Mortgage broker), and genuine care made a complex long-distance transaction feel seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Bernice Babel to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Charlotte area while living out of state. Thank you so much we are forever grateful!
