I looked for someone from the area my wife and I were looking, and Kate did not disappoint. For a rural location, Wilton - Norwalk - Ontario, Kate knew far more about the region then I thought possible. She was great to work with, communicated next steps clearly, and worked closely with our lender through closing.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Kate!
The whole process went very smooth and fast. Kate kept us informed with every step, giving us updates frequently and answered our questions in a timely manner. Keep up the good work Kate. I can tell you enjoy your job.
Kate was very professional and friendly. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. The whole process from listing the house to closing went very smooth she handled everything very professional and kept us informed on what happening with the Title work, appraisal etc.
Kate was amazing to work with! She was so helpful in assisting us throughout the whole home buying process. Along with being so kind, she was also extremely patient! If we ever had to do this again we’d choose her 100 times over!
