Nick was great, he kept me engaged when I was ready to walk away. One thing I didn't understand and is still trying to grapple with is, why and how could the underwriters come to the conclusion that we were self employed. There is no way anyone can be self employed by a non-profit. Founders of non-profits are not owners of the non-profit, they are employed by the non-profit. We provide W2's, along with tax filings and they still didn't get it. I know there were some issues on our part as well, I still don't understand how they could reach that conclusion til this day. Again, Nick was great, but the Underwriting team was absolutely horrible!
