Nick (and Patrick) did a great job handling our mortgage on a surprisingly complicated home purchase. His attention to detail and patience with the challenges gave us a lot of comfort that the deal would eventually go through. We've worked with Patrick and Nick on numerous home purchases and refi's over the years and think very highly of their high degree of personal service. We will certainly reach out to them in the future when it's time to refinance this loan or to purchase another home.
