Our daughter wasn't wrong when she strongly recommended Lindsey. She was all the things you would expect from a professional real estate agent. She was quickly responsive to our questions, concerns and needs. She was enjoyable to work with and we would definately ask for her services again if needed. We will recommend her to our son who will most likely be purchasing a home next year.

We really enjoyed working with Lisa. She was always available when we came to town and was always upbeat and positive. We would recommend her to others looking to buy or sell their home.

Relocating can be stressful, but working with Tiffani made the entire process easier. Her professionalism and genuine support made all the difference. I’m truly grateful for such a positive experience!

Selling my home was a big milestone, especially in the midst of relocating out of state, and I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Tiffani to guide me through the process. From our first conversation to the closing table, she were knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Her expertise in pricing, marketing, and negotiating resulted in a successful sale, and she kept me informed every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly, and I always felt confident that I was in good hands. What stood out most was her dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service. Selling a home can be stressful, but Tiffani made the entire experience much easier than I expected. I highly recommend Tiffani to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You won’t find a more hardworking, trustworthy, or caring real estate professional.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding support and guidance we received from Tiffani Dallas throughout the sale of our home in New Jersey and the purchase of our new home in Mount Pleasant. Selling one home while preparing to purchase another can be a stressful and complicated process, but she made the entire transition feel manageable and seamless. From the very beginning, Tiffani provided exceptional market knowledge, sound advice, and steady communication. She was instrumental in negotiating the use and occupancy agreement on our New Jersey home, which allowed us to remain in our house after closing until our new home was ready. This was a critical part of our transition and gave us the flexibility we needed to avoid the disruption and uncertainty of an interim move. She also went above and beyond in helping coordinate the timing of our new home purchase. Through her persistence and attention to detail, she helped move up the closing date on our new home so that it aligned with our move-out timeline, turning what could have been a very challenging process into a smooth and well-coordinated transition. Beyond her exceptional negotiating skills, Tiffani was always responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for us. She treated our move as more than just a transaction—she understood the importance of timing, logistics, and the emotional aspects involved in moving from a home we loved into the next chapter of our lives. We are incredibly grateful for her professionalism, dedication, and commitment. We would highly recommend Tiffani to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly exceptional real estate professional.

Tiffani was a valuable resource during the house search/purchase process. She was flexible and accommodating with last-minute changes to the showing schedule, including for the home I eventually purchased. Once the offer was accepted, she was extremely well organized and completed or provided guidance for the many tasks required. I would not hesitate to use Tiffani again or to recommend her to others.

Where to begin?! I feel like I struck gold when I met and decided to use Harper Fox as my realtor. I moved to NC recently from out of state and needed to do so on a somewhat short timeline. I had limited time to physically be in the Charlotte area to look for my new home; this was stressful to be sure. Harper gave me his undivided attention ahead of each visit (via phone calls, email, texts, etc.) to hone in on what might be a good fit for me. He made it his business to really get to know me. After our first outing he had me pegged. He was incredibly respectful of my time and showed me inventory with purpose. He was genuinely 'protective' and wanted to ensure that whatever I made an offer on was really going to be a quality investment. Once I landed on a place I knew I could love, he did the research and negotiated a great deal for me. Harper took care of every detail right through closing. To say that Harper went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor is an understatement. I'm all moved in and have started my life in a home that is the fruition of my 'non-negotiables' list and vision - I love my new home and credit Harper Fox!

"Cindy and Craig are a phenomenal real estate team! Cindy sold us our old home almost 10 years ago where we happily made memories building a new family. We were so impressed by her advocacy for her clients that we knew we wanted to hire her when we were looking for more space for a growing family. Cindy and Craig helped us find the home of our dreams in the perfect location and sold our old home quickly and efficiently. We were extremely impressed by their expert knowledge, dedication and advocacy for their clients. It was so incredible how Cindy and Craig went above and beyond the call of duty. They were with us every step of the way from both the buying and selling end, and we felt we were in the best hands and couldn't be happier. We HIGHLY recommend them and cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service they give to their clients. We are lucky enough after all of the ups and downs of the market to be in a wonderful home and even luckier that we can call Cindy and Craig friends. There is no doubt, if you work with them, you'll be in great hands."

Harper recently helped me to purchase my first property. He's very knowledgeable of the Charlotte market and made me feel confident throughout the entire homebuying process. I would recommend Harper to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Tiffani is truly one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. My husband and I have moved many times and quickly recognized Tiffani’s expertise and wonderful communication skills as she was helping our son and daughter-in-law purchase their home. Tiffany listens well, responds quickly and offers great advice during the entire process. To buy a home in this hot market and for the transaction to go so smoothly was due to Tiffany’s expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Tiffani whether you are relocating to the area or selling your home. She is top notch.
