Jay was excellent to work with. Very in tune to my numerous requests related to the process of selling and showing my home. Jay also made every attempt to be at all showings which was really helpful. 30 Showings in 7 days was over the showings I experienced in 6 months with another realty company (B&W) but I won't name it here.

We had been looking for a new house for five months, and when we found the right house, Jay made sure we would be ready to act instantly to sell ours. He helped us get our house prepared for that moment including multiple walk-throughs on what we need to do to maximize the value of our home and present it in its best light, including painting, removing clutter, resetting rooms to optimize photos, etc. He also did a solid market evaluation and helped us to set the right market price, with the goal of quickly receiving multiple offers. When we finally signed the contract on the new home we were moving to, Jay had our listing up the next day. We had our first showing within 4 hours, our first offer within eight hours, and 3 more offers the next day. We accepted a great offer, and the selling price was more than we had expected. Jay professionally guided us through the whole process with integrity. Sometimes I know we were a pain but Jay kept us calm and on track. His communication and responsiveness were outstanding, 24/7. His advice and instinct was spot on, was honest and direct, and I feel he sincerely had our best interests at heart at all times. I would highly recommend Jay.

I highly recommend hiring Jay as your real estate agent. His negotiating skills are outstanding. Jay hammered the other agent with evidence to support our offer.
