If you are searching for a new home or looking to list your home, I would highly recommend using Jay as your realtor. Not only is he extremely professional and thorough, but he is also super attentive and knowledgeable. Jay was always focused and patient. He always answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were bothering him. He also gave great advice when we needed it and you knew he was looking out for our best interest and not just his own (which truly says a lot about him). Whether you are listing your home or buying one, the process is at times an up and down roller coaster with both highs and lows. Jay was able to put us at ease throughout the entire process. I can't thank him enough for that. Jay was such a pleasure to work with and we are so fortunate that he is our realtor.
