Hannah was the best agent I could have ever asked for. I was purchasing my first home and had tons of questions. No matter what I asked, or what time of the day or night, she was quick to get back to me with an answer to calm my panic and stress levels. The seller was not willing to negotiate or budge on most things, but we stuck it out and it paid off. We went through offers and counteroffers, the inspection, trying to get the seller to fix what was found on the inspection, starting the process of taking back the offer, and eventually getting one of the major issues fixed before finally closing on the house.
