Hannah was the best agent I could have ever asked for. I was purchasing my first home and had tons of questions. No matter what I asked, or what time of the day or night, she was quick to get back to me with an answer to calm my panic and stress levels. The seller was not willing to negotiate or budge on most things, but we stuck it out and it paid off. We went through offers and counteroffers, the inspection, trying to get the seller to fix what was found on the inspection, starting the process of taking back the offer, and eventually getting one of the major issues fixed before finally closing on the house. I have been here a month and I love it. My neighbors and neighborhood are great, and I'm pretty much settled in now. Hannah never steered me wrong even once, not even when I was ready to pack it up and cut my losses. We've become more than just buyer and agent, we are friends.
