Karen Gibson has worked with us a couple of times. The first time we were looking for a house in northern Bucks County. While looking for these houses, I was also interested in becoming a realtor at the time. I was inquisitive with the run around of the job details and also with the properties that we had appointments for. She’d always take the time to answer my questions and acknowledge me even though I wasn’t actually buying the house; my parents were. Karen Gibson was amazing and went above and beyond expectations. The buyer, in our case, was extremely difficult regarding repairs and other items required for settlement. Karen stayed on top of each and every action and saw them through to successful completion. Karen was a Pit Bull, she never backed down and kept her focus on the sale of our home and charged towards that end. There were many road blocks and speed bumps along the way, but Karen's experience and professionalism were impeccable and we were able to close on the sale of the home on schedule. Karen also assisted with the Use and Occupancy Certification required by the Township, and even though last minute, we received it in time for settlement due to her can do attitude.
