Karen Gibson has worked with us a couple of times. The first time we were looking for a house in northern Bucks County. While looking for these houses, I was also interested in becoming a realtor at the time. I was inquisitive with the run around of the job details and also with the properties that we had appointments for. She’d always take the time to answer my questions and acknowledge me even though I wasn’t actually buying the house; my parents were. She’d always include all of us with any and all the details; and we’d always feel heard if we expressed any concerns regarding anything. We didn’t end up following through with buying but we respected her and her opinions and always had her in mind with a possibility of selling. Many years later, we wanted to have Karen list our house because we trust and respect her as a realtor but also as a human being. She exceeded that standard when we decided to sell just recently. She was a great communicator and took the best care of us. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
