Efforts I had made to sell my downtown Asheville condo had not succeeded. I thought it was a really special condo, but I wasn’t able to convince anyone else that it was. A short visit with Amanda at the Asheville Investor Jackson Blackstream office changed all that. Within a week and a half the condo was gorgeously staged, creatively photographed, featured in stunning printed materials, and on the market. Ten days after that I was under contract at above list. I can’t come up with praises adequate to describe what a great job they did.
