Sylvia was very good at saving us some money. She got us spouting, a refrigerator, blinds. She caught math errors on two different occasions. She also went to bat for us at having our back porch fixed. I was a bit disappointed at response times at getting back to us. I realize she had a broken ankle and arm but even before that incident I felt response time was a bit slow. It may be part of a culture thing as we are from a northern area and I’ve been left under the impression southern people may be a bit more laid back. We realize we will need to adjust some of our expectations. I felt there may have been several times when I almost felt we were speaking a different language by some responses that we had.
