Sylvia Pate was a pleasure to work with. Started my search from Chicago for a coastal property from Top Sail to N Myrtle. Despite my stroke and then the death of my Mom, Sylvia narrowed down what I thought were my needs and found the perfect Condo with. View to die for. Love it. Would work with her again if needs arose. And would certainly refer her to friends!!
