Mallory helped us sell our condo and buy our house. She was organized, communicative and patient with us as we navigated this crazy market. She helped us stay on top of the forms while also going the extra mile by meeting us at odd time, giving staging advice, and providing us with many options when we thought we had few. Our condo went pending in 2 days (above our ambitious asking price!) and we purchased the first house we submitted an offer on (below asking price!). If it wasn’t for her, we wouldn’t have even seen our house come up on any of our own searches.
