Working with Mallory was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and proactive—lining up showings quickly and guiding me through multiple offers with patience and professionalism. Even when early offers didn’t work out due to factors beyond her control, she remained supportive and optimistic. What truly stood out was her integrity. Mallory never pressured me into making decisions I wasn’t comfortable with. When I raised concerns about a property with geological issues and another with a looming HOA assessment, she simply laid out the facts, provided helpful resources, and reassured me: “No problem, we’ll find another one.” And we did! When the right home hit the market, Mallory got me in to see it within hours and had our offer submitted that same afternoon. Thanks to her sharp negotiation skills, we navigated through a few counter offers with another bidder and secured closing the deal before additional bidders even had a chance to get their offers in. From paperwork to closing, the process was seamless. She even sent a checklist of what to expect and kept me on track with reminders—especially helpful while I was traveling in Europe! I can’t recommend Mallory highly enough. She’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients.
