He helped us immensely as we were new to the area and didn't know where to look. He helped us narrow down our search and gave good suggestions. When we found our house, he helped us with the negotiations and explained his reasoning for what he was doing. Lastly, after we closed, he took a truck load of garbage left in the garage.
