Paul and his team did an outstanding job with our Oakland condo, which was a probate and involved some challenging disclosures. Although the unit was at the lower end of the price range, Paul was enthusiastic and engaged throughout the process - helping us make sure the unit was in top condition, pricing it right for the market, staging so it looked inviting and wonderful, providing excellent marketing materials, calling agents and prospective buyers, and holding open houses every weekend even through the slow holiday season. He called each day after the open houses to let us know who came through. We competed with several other units in our complex and a newer complex across the street, and our unit found a buyer first. Through the escrow process, Paul and his team made sure our disclosures and other documents were ready ahead of time so we closed quickly - in fact, before the expected closing date, while other units still posted their For Sale signs. Paul is a great communicator and we and our family members who are beneficiaries of the probate are very appreciative of the skill and energy he brought to our property. So glad to have found Paul.
