Jill is a true professional with great style, efficiency and patience. I had a difficult sale of an excellent historic home. She was with me 100% of the way through all of the ups and downs, and navigated all challenges like a pro. She has extensive knowledge about old homes and a fantastic commitment to making things work, and getting things done. I highly recommend working with Jill.

Jill has seen me through four home buying scenarios, and has always been the most professional, detail oriented, and "go-above-and-beyond" broker. Jill will be forthcoming from the start, telling you, from her years of real estate experience, exactly as she sees the landscape of your home buying or selling situation. She will be sure that your home sells if you're selling, and that you get the best deal if you are purchasing. She will also be the best consultant in your corner should you need it, as Jill knows all of the lawyers, builders, trades, etc. in the area. I cannot say enough good about Jill Rose. Please choose her for your real estate needs!

I tried to sell my house for a period of nine months. The process was replete with delays and disappointment. The original agent I contracted had a change in her personal circumstances and a different agent from the agency with my contract was placed in charge. Over the contract period of nine months there was no activity on the property including a pointless OPEN HOUSE. At the end of the contract, I received three recommendations from friends. After interviewing the candidates I chose Jill Rose. Best decision ever. She completely took charge. Changed the listing, did a walk through and made simple but effective staging recommendations. Most importantly she was always available to answer my questions . RESULT: 3 offers within ten days 2 of which were above asking. After accepting an offer Jill did it all . The process was seamless and non-problematic. I give Jill the highest acclaim.RichUpon meeting Jill, I instantly knew she was a very knowledge Agent who knew the business well. What impressed me most was her commitment to helping me with all the details of the house sale since I was 35 miles away. That included meeting several contractors for upgrades to the home. Even checking the driveway for me to see if it needed plowing. I could always rely on her to be available on short notice to help with anything. In addition, she knows the business well. I would recommend meeting with her if you are considering an agent. Her knowledge and professionalism will win you over.AdriannaCourteous, very hard worker, terrific listener, engaging, asks the right questions, helped us process our thinking. Tireless! We had a fantastic experience working with Jill to sell our house. Jill went above and beyond, exhausting all resources, to make sure that she was getting the right buyers through the door. She was in constant communication with us and so easy to work with - she offered invaluable advice, helped to set our expectations, and even made sure to check on and handle any issues around the house once we had moved. After working with another agent who assured us that he was doing everything he could to get the house sold and that there was just a lot of competition, we were so grateful to see the huge difference IMMEDIATELY once we decided to go with Jill. She generated a ton of new interest which led to the sale. We truly enjoyed working with Jill and can not recommend her enough.Elyse B.
