I tried to sell my house for a period of nine months. The process was replete with delays and disappointment. The original agent I contracted had a change in her personal circumstances and a different agent from the agency with my contract was placed in charge. Over the contract period of nine months there was no activity on the property including a pointless OPEN HOUSE. At the end of the contract, I received three recommendations from friends. After interviewing the candidates I chose Jill Rose. Best decision ever. She completely took charge. Changed the listing, did a walk through and made simple but effective staging recommendations. Most importantly she was always available to answer my questions . RESULT: 3 offers within ten days 2 of which were above asking. After accepting an offer Jill did it all . The process was seamless and non-problematic. I give Jill the highest acclaim.RichUpon meeting Jill, I instantly knew she was a very knowledge Agent who knew the business well. What impressed me most was her commitment to helping me with all the details of the house sale since I was 35 miles away. That included meeting several contractors for upgrades to the home. Even checking the driveway for me to see if it needed plowing. I could always rely on her to be available on short notice to help with anything. In addition, she knows the business well. I would recommend meeting with her if you are considering an agent. Her knowledge and professionalism will win you over.AdriannaCourteous, very hard worker, terrific listener, engaging, asks the right questions, helped us process our thinking. Tireless!
