I've bought and sold 12 homes through my life. The agents all did what agents do but I've never come across an agent like Joanie Ransom. She was totally involved from day one including moving some heavy things up a bank with her son and myself and that type of thing happened throughout and even after the close. She was always available, had great suggestions and was just a great person to work with. I've never had an agent before that I felt I could recommend.
