Joanie Ransom was a great advocate for us as we sold our house. She was on top of the buyer’s agent through a very complicated transaction. Joanie made us feel confident about events and she and her team communicated updates in a very professional way - we were always informed quickly as each stage in the process was completed. We were lucky to work with Joanie; and, we highly recommend her!
