Joe was fantastic, I would absolutely recommend him again and again! The thing you find out very quickly is that he cares about you as a client. He was warm and friendly in our interactions and took time to first figure out what my interests and goals were in home buying. He clearly knows the market and the area, providing insights on schools, neighborhoods, and local amenities. His recommendations balanced well what I wanted and what I could afford, while not compromising on what I needed from the home. Joe is awesome. My wife and I were not easy to work with. Lots of starts and stops, a whole lot of indecision, and less than ideal financials. Joe dealt with all the craziness with patience, humor, honesty and integrity. He shared his deep understanding of real estate and the local market to help us understand all of our options and to feel comfortable and confident during the entire process.
