Joe is awesome. My wife and I were not easy to work with. Lots of starts and stops, a whole lot of indecision, and less than ideal financials. Joe dealt with all the craziness with patience, humor, honesty and integrity. He shared his deep understanding of real estate and the local market to help us understand all of our options and to feel comfortable and confident during the entire process. He is an excellent negotiator, always responsive and just a wonderful human.
