I've bought/sold two properties in the past thirty years, and I've never had a realtor that does as thorough of a job as Ben. In fact, I've never even heard of a real estate agent that personally handles as much of the process as Ben. He's not just the handler of the sale/transaction, he serves as the project manager of each step of the experience -- including estimating, remodeling, repairing, and yes, even the task of packing up one's belongings in preparation of moving to another state. He even helped carry out some heavy exercise equipment to save us money on the junk guy. I can't recommend him more highly. We got about 20% higher than I had originally estimated to based on his advice on pre-sale renovations. Big recommendation! No notes.
