Ben is a delight to work with. He is patient, cool-headed, prompt, and extremely reliable. I often felt like I was his only client because he's so on top on things. I felt prioritized whenever I wanted to see a home or had a question. Ben is extremely knowledgable about the Seattle market and was able to advise me on how to make the most compelling offer while also being transparent about pro and cons of different types of clauses. I appreciated the level of detail he gave in helping me to understand all parts of the offer process. I wouldn't hesitate to put my trust in Ben again for future real estate transactions.
