I did a concurrent closing. Shane was able to get my house listed, the new one under contract, and both transactions closed, so that I could go straight from one home to the other. I had some challenges with my new loan, and Shane worked with the mortgage lender and title company to redo some paperwork as required by the lender. He coordinated with all necessary parties, and I was able to close on time, which was stressful until all the papers were signed. It wasn't a process I had experienced before, but each lender has different requirements. Shane was available and able to adjust as needed. While stressful, he made it as seamless as possible.
