Heather is one of the best real estate agents I have worked with. She is thorough, professional and always communicates well during every step of the sales process. She has such a positive attitude giving a feeling of confidence in her ability to take care of everything. I would highly recommend her.

Heather is the best and goes above and beyond. You will love her.

Heather was the very best agent ever. She was always willing to go over and beyond what was required of her. Heather was always available to answer any questions and do whatever it took to make sure the sale of my property went smoothly. She was able to help with some unusual circumstances concerning deed transfers before my property could be sold. She had the answers to everything or know where to find them. Heather was amazing. You couldn't possibly find a better agent anywhere.

Heather was wonderful. She helped with advice and recommendations in getting the condo in sale condition as well as pricing the unit to sell. The listing and photos were wonderful. I was out to town, and she efficiently handled everything. When the buyer delayed on closing, Heather got the buyer to accept responsibility for the additional incurred costs. I am grateful for the great service she provided.

Heather Zidell was my realtor when I sold my home in July of this year. I was in cardiac rehab and she was wonderful in her compassion. She did everything that was needed to get it listed. An offer was made that we accepted in 3 days. When it was time to close she came to the rehab facility and we did it remotely. None of that would have happened without her tremendous effort. She will do a wonderful job for whoever list with her.

Heather and her mother Rose represented me during my purchase of my condominium at the Bonaventure in September of 2021. I cannot say enough good things about Heather and her mother Rose as a team and Heather individually. Heather and Rose worked with me during a stressful situation in which my original lender made a mistake during the financing process. As a result of this mistake, I had to line up a different mortgage company, which resulted in us having to extend the transaction twice. During this challenging time, Heather and Rose helped keep the transaction on track and worked with me until we closed the transaction. Heather helped me in multiple other ways, such as taking my sister to see other properties since I was living in San Francisco at the time to make sure I was purchasing the best condominium for my needs. She also gave me excellent advice that reassured me I was making the right decision by purchasing the unit at the Bonaventure. Almost a year later, and with the benefit of hindsight, Heather's advice was right on the money. Heather has also helped me in other ways, such as helping me get furniture to meet my needs while my belongings were being moved from California (the belongings showed up over 5 months late) and giving me feedback on furnishing my new condo. Even a year after purchasing my condominium, I stay in touch with Heather and Rose. In summary, I highly recommend working with Heather because you will get excellent advice and you will be working with an agent who is focused on your best interest and on building a long-lasting relationship, instead of just on completing a transaction.
