As a result of this mistake, I had to line up a different mortgage company, which resulted in us having to extend the transaction twice. During this challenging time, Heather and Rose helped keep the transaction on track and worked with me until we closed the transaction. Heather helped me in multiple other ways, such as taking my sister to see other properties since I was living in San Francisco at the time to make sure I was purchasing the best condominium for my needs. She also gave me excellent advice that reassured me I was making the right decision by purchasing the unit at the Bonaventure. Almost a year later, and with the benefit of hindsight, Heather's advice was right on the money. Heather has also helped me in other ways, such as helping me get furniture to meet my needs while my belongings were being moved from California (the belongings showed up over 5 months late) and giving me feedback on furnishing my new condo. Even a year after purchasing my condominium, I stay in touch with Heather and Rose. In summary, I highly recommend working with Heather because you will get excellent advice and you will be working with an agent who is focused on your best interest and on building a long-lasting relationship, instead of just on completing a transaction.
