She described how the negotiation could proceed, and when we started our search she did a very helpful job of describing good features and potential problems of each place we saw. When we got to the point of assembling an offer she helped us thru the inspection phase, and also put us in contact with a very good team who helped get the title, financing, insurance managed. Her excellent contribution did not end after the purchase, she also helped us find some good construction workers to do some reasonably priced high quality siding repair and plumbing work.
