We used Kim as our seller's agent when selling our Seattle duplex and she completely blew us away. I never thought an agent could do so much for you, from running the pre-inspection and lining up contractors to address issues she handled every last detail. Everyone she recommended got the job done quickly and affordably. The end result was a property that couldn't look better when it went up for sale and confidence that we got the best price possible. I can't recommend her and her team highly enough!
