Brittany Lineberry was so pleasant to work with, informative and incredibly helpful throughout multi year process of finding our new home. I couldn’t possibly think of how she could have done her job any better. She always kept us informed, was on top of all of our concerns and was instrumental during the entire process to include home search, purchase and closing. Due to the birth of her baby girl, Brittney DeAndrade filled in for her during her last month and during closing. I can’t say enough good things a bit either of them and am grateful to have worked with them. Thanks so much.

Brittany Lineberry of the Castro/Coldwell Banker Team recently assisted us in our purchase of a Lot in Swansboro, NC. She was knowledgeable in all phases of the negotiation and closing process. This property proved to be more of a challenge than normal as there were approximately 4 liens against it that only surfaced during the title search activities. Brittany expertly advised us on how best to approach the situation which called for extending the closing date several times. In addition, she offered up excellent resources in the form of a Land Survey company and Drone Photography outfit. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our overall experience working with Brittany. It was notable that she drove over an hour's drive one way from her home to personally view the lot and take pictures which she shared with us prior to the closing. Finally, Brittany is a fantastic communicator, easy to talk with, and a super nice person. We highly recommend her.

We worked with Brittany and if you are ever looking to move along the NC coast, she is your girl! Brittany is very knowledgeable and is on top of everything. She took care of everything and explained everything in detail. She was always available if we had a question and was quick with her responses to voicemails or emails. She made our move so easy. Brittany cares a great deal about her clients and it shows. She was great with the virtual showings, very detail oriented, she didn’t miss a thing. We could not have asked for a better realtor! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

The goal was impossible, but that is what Brittany does. She finds the impossible, and gets the impossible done. She is a super hero. In a matter of weeks, she found the best home, in the best neighborhood, within a fifteen minute commute to Camp Lejeune. I most strongly recommend Brittany for positions of increased responsibility, as her leadership capacityis limitless. V/R, Brad B.W. MacKenzie CDR, U.S. Navy

We had such an easy and stress free experience with Brittany Lineberry with the Diane Castro team! Buying and selling at the same time is A Lot of balls in the air and Brittany literally gave us time line check lists, what to do when, what you can expect moving forward and who/what we needed to get the house up and running. We are not moving in with furniture until the week after closing but we stayed the night of the closing on air mattresses and had our iPad for movies. We forgot chairs. Brittany showed up to the closing with beach chairs for us! It was awesome! Brittany followed up with us the following day to see how our first night was at the house to further check in to make sure everything was OK and no surprise- yep! It was. We LOVE this house, love this location and so glad that Brittany found us this house. We are out of state buyers and bought thru the amazing virtual tour Brittany gave us. She was so thorough, detailed and expressive during the virtual tour. We were very comfortable with presenting an offer virtually. I felt like I was actually there. I love Brittany and the Diane Castro team! They are empathetic, on top of everything and take away all my stress- Thank you!

Me and my wife loved working with Brittany Lineberry at Coldwell Banker! The home buying process was so smooth and Brittany took extra time ensuring we had everything we needed when we needed it; this even included sending us stuff and checking in on her days off. We bought from out of town and couldn’t always tour the house ourselves, however, Brittany would go down to each property and record videos of house tours for us whenever we found ones we liked. She went above and beyond what was required and treated us like a friend that still holds true. We can’t recommend her enough!
