Kerri was absolutely amazing to work with. She went over and beyond for us! Very consistent and thorough with her work. We highly recommend Kerri 💕👍

Kerri made the process of selling my home so easy. She is very professional and looks out for the best interest of her clients.

Kerri Brooks was fantastic!! Professional through & through. Responsive, respectful and always with a smile. Loved working with her.

Although I typically dislike putting so much trust in another human being, I have been totally comfortable following Kerri's lead. Her patience, knowledge and guidance are invaluable.

She is very knowledgeable in the real estate industry. Easy to work with, very friendly and overall a great person. A special thanks to Kerri for helping me with all my real estate needs!

I've enjoyed working with Kerri over the years. She has handled several Real Estate transactions for me. Always going above and beyond every time. Great personality and work ethics. Thanks for a great job again!

Kerri was amazing throughout the home buying process and made it as stress free as possible. Very personal and accessible, made it feel like home shopping with a friend. Which we are glad to now call her. I would highly recommend Kerri to anyone looking to buy home in the Wilmington area.

Our experience from start to finish was top notch. Our agent, Kerri Brooks, was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional and always on top of things. She not only helped us find the perfect home but stayed engaged throughout the entire process. Kerri really made the home buying experience totally stress free. We really appreciate what she did for us.

I don't know where to begin with the excellent customer service provided by Kerri. I live out of town and she was there for me beyond the call of duty. Kerri was patient, professional, and kind. I could call her anytime of the day or night. Kerri treated my like a member of her family instead of just a client. The Nixon family was well served during a very difficult time of selling a family home. It is refreshing to be treated with care and not just a client to obtain a sale. Thank you Kerri

From Kerri's first "hello" on the phone, from a random call that I made to inquire about a property, I knew she was separate and apart from other realtors I had spoken to during my self-driven search of making calls or inquiries. She was so friendly, yet professional and highly vested in wanting to help me hone in on what types of properties and features were important to me. From that point forward, she diligently continued to support my search, providing straightforward information and insightful considerations. Most importantly, I developed trustworthiness in her, and the stressful journey of choosing "just the right home" became less stressful. In fact, the partnership to find a home (e.g., phone calls, e-mails, actual tours) became very enjoyable. After finding the perfect home and making the decision to purchase, I became anxious about processes leading to close, as well as the actual closing. However, thanks to Kerri, that anxiousness subsided quickly. Her leadership shined to facilitate and ensure a smooth closing. For example, she coordinated reputable experts and resources to perform actions related to the process, provided ample time for me to review or preview documentation and supported/guided me throughout until I had keys-in-hand. I highly recommend Kerri to anyone looking for real estate support. The entire process from beginning to end felt like I was accompanied by a trustworthy friend instead of a professional real estate agent! Thank you, Kerri!
