Jay went above and beyond and was especially helpful diffusing a situation an estranged family member caused after the new owner took possession. Definitely would recommend him to anyone in Edmonton, although we suggested to him several times that Kelowna would be a great place for him to call home! I believe it only took a week for Jay to sell the house.
